Experiments on cement and flyash grouting material with large volume flyash were carried out in laboratory in order to understand the correlation between different water cement ratio, solid phase proportion, additive proportion and setting time, viscidity, fluidity, hardening rate, and concretion strength. The results show that with the increase of fly ash proportion the concretion strength and serum fluidity decrease, while setting time, hardening rate and viscidity increase. The early strength of concretion is low while the late strength increases remarkable even after 120 d. With soluble glass mixed(≤3%), setting time decreases and hardening rate increases,but at the same time the concretion strength and fluidity decrease. The setting time is quite long, when the water cement ratio is (0.7-1.0)∶1 and the proportion of fly ash is 60%-90%, the early setting time is longer than 12 hours and the last setting time is longer than 20 hours.

为了解大掺量粉煤灰的水泥粉煤灰注浆材料的物理力学性能 ,通过室内试验 ,探讨了在大掺量粉煤灰情况下 ,不同水灰质量比、固相质量比及不同外加剂用量与硬化体抗压强度、浆体凝结时间、流动度、粘度、结石率之间的相互关系 .试验表明 ,随粉煤灰掺量的增加 ,硬化体抗压强度、浆体流动度降低 ,而凝结时间延长 ,结石率和粘度增大 ;硬化体早期强度较低 ,后期强度有较大增长 ( 1 2 0d后仍有所增长 ) ;适量水玻璃的掺入 (水玻璃占水泥质量分数不大于 3% )使凝结时间缩短 ,结石率增大 ,但导致硬化体抗压强度降低 ,浆体流动性变差 ;浆体凝结时间较长 ,水灰质量比 ( 0 .7~ 1 .0 )∶1 .0 ,粉煤灰掺量质量分数为 60 %~ 90 %时 ,初凝一般大于 1 2h ,终凝一般大于2 0h .

通过室内试验对以“粉煤灰固化剂”为凝结剂的一种新型大掺量粉煤灰注浆充填材料进行研究,探讨了不同水灰比、固相比与结石体抗压(折)强度、凝结时间、粘度、密度、结石率、析水率及析水时间之间的相互关系。试验得到当水灰比为1∶1.0~1∶1.5,粉煤灰掺量27%时,结石体的7 d抗压强度为1.2~5.3 MPa,28 d抗压强度为2.5~10 MPa。试验结果表明,该注浆材料与现工业用注浆材料相比,粉煤灰掺量更大,强度更高,凝结时间等性能更优越,并可降低注浆成本。
